Shipping Policy

 

Turnaround Time

All orders are shipped within 1 business day.

All orders completed by Noon Eastern M-F will be shipped same day.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

U.S. Postal Service (USPS)

Alternative shipping carriers are:
UPS
 

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order via email with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

 

 Returns

We want you to be satisfied with our products. If you do need to return an item because it is not what you expected or does not perform properly, please return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of your purchase for a replacement or refund .

1. Please email sales@theflippyflopper.com to request a refund or exchange and tell us why, and we will assign you a tracking number.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a  reason for return

Exchanges

If your item is in 'like-new' condition, you may exchange it for a different size or color. You will need to pay return shipping.

Merchandise that is excessively worn, used, or altered cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
